Size LARGE for waist 38-39 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is between 38-39 inches.
Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 18 inches in the front and 20 inches in the back.
