This size SMALL circle skirt is more than simple:
- adjustable waist
- huge pockets (one side is a zippered pocket!)
- high waist
- zippered back
- white underskirt

Size SMALL for waist 27-28.5 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is between 27-28.5 inches.
Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 15 inches.
