Size SMALL for waist 27-28.5 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is between 27-28.5 inches. Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 15 inches. This skirt is what every woman wishes she had in her wardrobe. A vintage style at a modern yet modest length so your legs don't look short and stubby. Large pockets on both sides large enough to fit a Galaxy S22 ULTRA inside. One pocket is zippered for added security while the other pocket is a regular pocket for ease of access. Adjustable waist is perfect for an elegant fit after a huge meal.
