This size SMALL circle skirt is more than simple:
- adjustable waist
- huge pockets (one zippered/one regular)

Size SMALL for waist 30 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is 30 inches.
Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 15 inches.
