This size EXTRA LARGE circle skirt is more than simple:

Size EXTRA LARGE for waist 41-43 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is between 41-43 inches.
Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 18 inches in the front and 20 inches in the back.

The material is similar to suit material and is wrinkle resistant.
