1. What makes CMOE Skirts unique?

CMOE Skirts are meticulously handcrafted one at a time with love and care, and they feature big pockets, high waistbands that are adjustable, a built in underskirt, pop of color on the inner waistband (to represent how we are all a little different on the inside), and a zippered back. You won't be able to find anything else like it with the same level of quality and craftsmanship. Since each item is handmade, there may be small imperfections as they are made by CMOE herself, and not made by a mass producing machine.

2. How do I choose the right size?

The waist measurement should ALWAYS be taken at your high waist (a few inches above the belly button where the top of the skirt would sit). If you use the small of your waist for this measurement, THE SKIRT WILL BE TOO SMALL AND WILL LIKELY NOT FIT. IF THE SKIRT YOU ORDER IS TOO SMALL DO NOT FORCE THE ZIPPER OR IT WILL LIKELY BREAK! The skirts can be cinched about 2 inches but cannot be loosened to be bigger as they have no stretch. The measurement listed on each skirt is the maximum measurement that will fit. To find the perfect fit, we recommend referring to our size chart. It provides detailed measurements for each size. If you're still unsure, PLEASE reach out to us for personalized sizing assistance.

3. Can I customize the skirt?

At the moment, we do not offer customization options for Ready-To-Ship items. If you would like to request a custom size, length, or fabric, please send me a message so we can discuss further. Sizes can be customized as close as a quarter of an inch if rounding to the nearest inch or half inch seems like it will be too big. New inventory is constantly being working on to expanding our product range, so stay tuned for any updates on restocks/new listings.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the skirt is in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

5. How long does shipping take?

Once you place an order, it will be processed within 1 to 14 business days. After processing, you will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that you are be responsible for import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

8. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, we offer free local pickup at our store location in Painted Tree - Cinco Ranch TX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 5 business days. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

10. HELP!!!! THE SKIRT I ORDERED IS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?

In most cases, if I have enough of the same fabric, I can replace the skirt with the correct size. If you would like to get a replacement, send me a message and we willl work together to fix the issue. You will need to send the original skirt back to me in the original condition. DO NOT TRY TO FORCE THE ZIPPER UP OR YOU WILL DAMAGE THE SKIRT AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

12. Why are the sizes the way they are?

In order to make sure your skirt fits perfect, CMOE Skirts has adopted a similar method to that of men's pants: Waist and Length. This allows each person to have a custom, bespoke garment that fits their body specifically. You will notice that each size "label" covers a wide range of sizes so someone on the lower end of a size most likely would not fit into a skirt on the higher end of a size. The size labels exist mostly because so many customers have asked what measurements fall under which size. If it were up to me, I would eliminate all size labels and simply go by measurements. Every designer has their own sizing and for CMOE Skirts, all of the sizes have been shifted so that the "average" women's body is a medium (it used to be XL and that simply did not make any sense). 

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
