This size EXTRA LARGE circle skirt is more than simple:

Size EXTRA LARGE for waist 42-44 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is between 42-44 inches.
Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 18.5 inches.
