Size SMALL for waist 31 inches. Waist measurement is taken 2-3 inches above the belly button, where the top of the skirt would rest. The ideal measurement is 31 inches. Waistband is 4 inches, skirt length from waistband is 10.5 inches in the front, and 12 inches in the back. This skirt is what every woman wishes she had in her wardrobe. A vintage style at a modern yet mini length so you've got legs for days! Large pockets on both sides large enough to fit a Galaxy S22 ULTRA inside.
